Product Information & Pricing | পণ্য এবং মূল্য নির্ধারণ
Accuracy: We strive to accurately display toy colors and features. However, actual colors may vary depending on our lighting or your monitor settings.
Pricing: All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, even after confirmation.
নির্ভুলতা(Accuracy): আমরা খেলনার রঙ এবং বৈশিষ্ট্যগুলো নির্ভুলভাবে প্রদর্শন করার চেষ্টা করি। তবে, আমাদের লাইটিং (আলো) অথবা আপনার মনিটরের সেটিংসের কারণে প্রকৃত রঙে কিছুটা তারতম্য হতে পারে।
মূল্য নির্ধারণ(Pricing): সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT) দেওয়া হয়েছে। আমরা কোনো পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই মূল্য পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
ভুলত্রুটি(Errors): মূল্যে কোনো ভুল থাকলে, অর্ডার কনফার্ম বা নিশ্চিত করার পরেও ভুল মূল্যে করা অর্ডারটি বাতিল করার অধিকার আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি।
Orders & Payment | অর্ডার এবং পেমেন্ট
Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and Debit/Credit cards.
Order Confirmation: An order is only considered “Accepted” once we have verified stock and processed the payment or confirmed the COD details.
পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি: আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD), মোবাইল ফিনান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস (বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট) এবং ডেবিট/ক্রেডিট কার্ড গ্রহণ করি।
অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন (অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ): একটি অর্ডার তখনই “গৃহীত” (Accepted) হিসেবে গণ্য হবে, যখন আমরা পণ্যের স্টক যাচাই করব এবং পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়া অথবা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)-এর তথ্যগুলো নিশ্চিত করতে পারব।
Shipping & Delivery | শিপিং এবং ডেলিভারি
Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery within Dhaka city typically takes 1–3 business days; outside Dhaka takes 2–5 business days.
Third-Party Logistics: We use trusted partners (like Pathao or RedX or Steedfast). Doodlia is not liable for delays caused by weather, political strikes, or courier-side logistics issues.
ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা: ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে সাধারণত 1–3 কার্যদিবস এবং ঢাকার বাইরে 2–5 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়।
থার্ড-পার্টি লজিস্টিকস (তৃতীয় পক্ষের ক্যুরিয়ার সার্ভিস): আমরা বিশ্বস্ত পার্টনারদের (যেমন- পাঠাও, রেড-এক্স অথবা স্টিডফাস্ট) মাধ্যমে পণ্য সরবরাহ করি। আবহাওয়া, রাজনৈতিক ধর্মঘট বা ক্যুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের অভ্যন্তরীণ লজিস্টিক সমস্যার কারণে কোনো বিলম্ব হলে ‘ডুডলিয়া’ (Doodlia) এর জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
Returns, Refunds & Replacements | রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড
Damaged Goods: If a toy (e.g., an Electric Baby Duck or LED-based toy) arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
Change of Mind: Used or unsealed toys cannot be returned.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য(Damaged Goods): যদি কোনো খেলনা (যেমন- ইলেকট্রিক বেবি ডাক অথবা এলইডি সমৃদ্ধ খেলনা) ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অবস্থায় পৌঁছায়, তবে ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আনবক্সিং ভিডিও প্রমাণসহ আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
পছন্দ পরিবর্তন (Change of Mind): ব্যবহৃত বা সীল খোলা (প্যাকেট খোলা) খেলনা ফেরত নেওয়া হয় না।
রিফান্ড (টাকা ফেরত): অনুমোদিত রিফান্ডগুলো (Refunds) আবেদনের পর সাধারণত ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে যে মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করা হয়েছিল (Original Payment Method), সেই মাধ্যমেই সম্পন্ন করা হবে।
Limitation of Liability | দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
Doodlia is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from the misuse of toys.
Safety Warning: Parents are advised to follow age-appropriate guidelines provided on the product packaging.
দায়বদ্ধতা: খেলনার অপব্যবহারের ফলে কোনো দুর্ঘটনার জন্য Doodlia দায়ী থাকবে না। প্যাকেজিং-এ দেওয়া বয়সের নির্দেশিকা অনুযায়ী খেলনা ব্যবহার করার অনুরোধ রইল।
